Families Policy Requirements Compliance

App Content

The content of our app accessible to children is appropriate for children. If our app includes content that is not globally suitable but is considered suitable for child users in a certain area, the app may be available in that area (limited number of areas), but will remain unavailable in other areas.

App Functionality

Our app does not serve solely to mediate the display of web pages or primarily redirect the user to web pages without the consent of the owner or administrator of the relevant pages.

Data Handling

If we collect personal or sensitive data from children in the app (including collection through APIs and SDK sets that the app calls or uses), we inform users about it. We also ensure that our app follows the following data handling methods:

Apps that only target children must not transmit Android Advertising Identifier (AAID), SIM card serial number, build serial number, BSSID, MAC, SSID, IMEI, or IMSI.
Apps that target both children and older audiences must not transmit AAID, SIM card serial number, build serial number, BSSID, MAC, SSID, IMEI, or IMSI from children or users of unknown age.
Apps that exclusively target children must not request access to location or collect, use, and transmit precise location.

API and SDK Interfaces

Our app correctly implements any API interfaces and SDK sets. Apps that exclusively target children must not contain any API interfaces or SDK sets that are not approved for use in services primarily intended for children.

Augmented Reality (AR)

If our app uses augmented reality, we immediately display a safety warning when launching the part with augmented reality. The warning contains a message about the importance of parental supervision, a reminder to be aware of physical dangers in the real world (for example, watching the surroundings), and the app must not require the use of devices that children should not use (for example, Daydream or Oculus).

Social Apps and Features

If our app allows users to share or exchange information, we accurately describe these features in the content rating questionnaire in the Play Console.

Compliance with Legal Regulations

We ensure that the app, including the API interfaces or SDK sets it calls or uses, complies with the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other relevant laws or regulations.
